To “emculturate” is human

The notion of “emculturation” is that we, as humans, are constantly “embedding” our “culture” into inanimate things.

This process is an ephemeral one, since the cultural part of the process can only exist in the presence of humans. The physical world simply is. We can shape it and mold it, make it impinge on the senses of our fellow humans in various ways.

The nature of the ways that the human-manipulated physical world imparts information beyond the mere existence of its physicality and sensory recognition, is the human, cultural meaning it imparts.
